I can build the kit out for you which includes using a temperature controlled soldering station, and several different tips to further control temperature being applied to components. My build includes sanding the base, and all edges to soften the appearance, fine polishing of the transformer cover and 3 layers of clear coating (otherwise it will develop fine spot rust). I use Cardas Quad Eutectic solder, and all wiring will be formed into solder contact points. You will NOT get burnt wiring or components, but a professional, quality build. I'll burn it in for 50 hours and test voltages again. Cost for the build is $299.
