This is a genuine 1 meter Siltech cable. Very rare, very esoteric. New, these cables sold for $2,300. I do not have the original packaging or paperwork. Truly high end for those who want to hear how good their high end rig can sound! I will ship internationally to countries serviced by the United States Postal Service Priority International. So if your country is included please feel free to bid. Buyer will be responsible for any and all paperwork or import fees, taxes or duties that may apply.
The Siltech Royal Signature Ruby Hill SATT Version with X-Balanced Micro Technology have received worldwide praise for its exceptional sonic transparency and ability to deliver audio signals free from micro distortions. The Signature Cable Series is the result of extensive and continuing metallurgical research and precision engineering. Its silver and gold alloys have been refined to the highest level of conductivity currently available.

This is a great description of the silver/gold composition of this cable from Pat’s Audio Art: “Siltech Technology: When Silver Meets Gold. To understand why Siltech uses silver and gold metallurgy for its cables, we need to take a look at silver’s crystalline structure. The natural crystal structure of copper and silver does not exhibit the characteristics of optimum conductivity. It produces small distortions when current flows through it. The crystal-group boundary affects the signal which generates these distortions. These crystal-groups can be seen as ball-shaped clusters of crystals. This clearly provides less material for conducting, and a more complex signal path with air gaps in between. Siltech has developed a proprietary technique that greatly reduces these crystal boundaries. After purifying the silver (between melt and solidification), Siltech adds 24K gold to it. The gold fills the empty spaces between the crystals and improves the mechanical and electrical signal transmission properties. This lowers the distortions dramatically, improving the signal to noise ratio. The result is far superior audio quality.”
A Signature Cable is completely handmade by Siltech’s own dedicated craftsmen in the Netherlands. To ensure the world’s best sonic performance and durability each cable has been thoroughly tested and enhanced by Siltech Advanced Thermal Treatment (SATT) before leaving the factory.
Similar material application methodologies used by the aerospace industry have been used in the engineering and construction of the Ruby Hill. The Royal Signature power cords are possibly the world's only "silent" AC-cords due to their ability to emit no electromagnetic field, which normally comes from every high-end power cord. As a result, the background of the whole audio system becomes more silent. I am a big fan of cable shielding especially when it comes to power connects. It is even more essential if you have tube amps…..if so, you should not be using unshielded cables, period.
I experienced such an improvement after introducing these power cables into my system replacing the stock cable provided with my Meridian 588 CD player, and an Analysis Plus Pro Power Oval supplying power to my integrated amp. What was I thought was an acceptable presentation gave way to a more corporeal performance of real musicians playing real instruments...I could identify the musicians and singers more easily. And their contributions to the performance rose from a much blacker background. I can only imagine the potential results when these cables replace stock cables in a much higher end system with highly resolving equipment.
Here is an assessment I found online by someone with good insight regarding Siltech fakes: “Never buy anything from aliexpress, DHGate or VIPGate. Like many of the brands on those websites, the Siltech listed there are obvious fakes. Siltech cables in the Royal Signature range rarely if ever come onto the 2nd hand market. If you see one & it is cheap, beware. A simple look at the market prices of precious metals and you will know why Siltech cables will never be heavily discounted. It might be more profitable to recycle the metal.”
