Very nice DAC in excellent condition.

Stage III Modifications for this unit include:

1) Special low jitter clock daughter board replaces standard clock
2) Copper-ended Dale resistors (34) replacing SMD units
3) Nichicon Muse (11) decoupling caps replace SMD standard caps
4) FET transistors (8) upgraded
5) Digital Input RCA jack replaced by an upgraded WBT type

The are two minor marks on the unit. One is on the top and is only about the size of a speck of sand. The other is a light scratch on the faceplate, right hand side toward the bottom. Both are so minor, I had a hard time photographing them.
