I had these given to me by someone who just wanted to get rid of them. I put an electric guitar on the powered unit and all I got was a hum in the bass. So as far as the amp goes, the power light comes on, but that’s all. Then I opened them up and put a test meter on each driver and they all read normal.

Both woofers meter out at 7.9 ohms, and there is no rubbing of the voice coils. The tweeters meter out at 6.9 and 7.2 ohms. And these are quality drivers, with the woofers having large magnets and a cast aluminum frame, while the tweeters are likewise robust and have the cast aluminum horn lenses. There is a watermark on the woofer in the powered unit but no actual damage to the cone or surround. And the surrounds are the pleated accordion style that never rot like the foam.

The cabinets have a lot of nicks and tears in the vinyl, but no major damage. One is missing the castors and that's why it's upside down in the picture - to keep from scoring up my floor with the castor sockets. Since I don’t really have any use for these, myself, I'd be willing to flip them for a quick 100 bucks on an ‘as is’ basis.
