Price drop from $425.
The Pre was used primarily for analog 2 channel and is fabulous for such. One of the best analog
sounding units out there IMHO. Read the reviews off audioreview to know what I mean.
The 6 axis surround is superb! Lots of flexibility and allows for specific setup for different sized rooms with varying degrees of acoustics.
This unit was made by Madrigal and as such the dedicated stereo section sounds easily as good as any $2000 preamp on the market hands down.

The current price on Audiogon is $500 for the pre and ebay had it for $450.
So $375 CAD I thought was fair.
I will ship if necessary but demo and possible drop off is preferred in the SW ON area if pickup is not an option.

Cosmetically 8/10. Great shape.
