Audiophile grade preamp with tons of features and flexibility. Includes variable cuttoff levels for tone controls and support for multiple phono cartridges.

Extremely rare Nice vantage Mitsubishi DA-P30 makes use of 8 total FET devices (four 2SK68A FETs and four ?PA68H dual FETs). A generous power supply and use of almost all discrete components shows a high degree of thought was given to quality and audiophile tastes.

The equalizer is rather unique with three bands (+/- 10dB) and infinitely variable turn over slopes. The bass can be centered anywhere between 33 and 500 Hz, the mid is adjustable between 230 and ~1.5k Hz, and the treble ranges from 1.2k and 20k Hz. Provisions for both moving magnet and moving coil pickups are present as well as 100 or 300 pF capacitor trimming.

The sound is very clean, almost clinically so. The DA-P30 does have a deficiency for low bass (<40Hz), making it feel like you still need a loudness compensation even then the bass it turned up all the way. The variable bass control also seems to operate in a very subtle fashion when brought below its center 130Hz setting. The internal headphone amp seems to be compensated for the low-bass deficit, as it provides very clean, deep bass.

Solid bouild-20Lbs
In very good cosmetic and working condition.

Asking $200 o.b.o.
