Very good condition, described by Gramophone as "sweetest sound ever ", while that may be a bit of an exageration :-) it does sound very good, great soundstage.

24bit upsampling dac have remote and box, owners manual available as PDF file.

Would consider a trade for a tube CD player +/- cash.
