This is a receiver from the 80's. It is all black, and digital control, with a remote. (The remote is really really remote - I have no idea where it is) Maybe the SR stands for Sensor Remote and there is a sort of infrared or other little round window on the right, labeled SR.
It delivers a bit over fifty clean RMS watts per channel to two pairs of speakers.
I had it hooked to a turntable and a tape deck for playing retro stuff when I lucked into a mint Optonica 4141. I like the silver look better.
There is a sort of funky problem with the unit. It tunes and plays the AM and FM and has a set of preset channels and an auto tune function which all work, and it has all other functionality EXCEPT the lights don't go on for the indicators of anything.
Its gotta be in the circuit that lights em all up as far as I can see. I used my Canadian Tire Ignoramus MK1 9.95 analog meter to see if the fuses were good (all are) but that is my limit.
You can be the hero. All working fine this is a ? 300 dollar item?
