"Accessory of the Year"
-Stereophile's Product of the Year awards

"...a significant improvement in the sound quality of any appropriate component plugged into it...
...the P300 does more to improve the sound quality of source components than any power-line conditioner I’ve used. In fact, in the last 15 months I’ve evaluated 18 AC-power-related products from eight different manufacturers. None of them, even in combination, could do as much for sound quality as the P300."
-Doug Blackburn, Soundstage

"..it was immediately clear that the P300 provided improved sound. My listening notes cite things like greater resolution of detail, a greater sense of air around instruments/singers and tighter bass...
...put it at the top of your short, must-audition list and YOU be the judge!"
-Frank Alles, Stereotimes

"Recordings old and new sounded fresher, more immediate—more like real music, less like reproductions...
...with preamplifier and digital source components plugged into the P300, the sound was not merely different, but in every way relevant to the listening experience, significantly better."
-Robert Deutsch, Stereophile

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is one of the best upgrades I've ever made to my system. In fact, the only reason I'm selling it is because I've upgraded to the Premier model.

This isn't a conditioner. Conditioners only try to "filter" the incoming AC.
This is a regenerator. It takes the original AC from the wall, converts it all to DC, then converts it back into AC. In doing this, all the grunge and noise from the line is completely eliminated.

Sound is clearer, smoother and more lifelike. On quieter recordings, the subtle nuances that make for a convincing soundstage are much improved and spookily realistic. You will truly hear the "air" and the sense of space created by a larger venue in a recording.
If you've ever listened very late at night, around midnight and beyond, you've likely noticed that your system sounds better than usual. This is the result of cleaner AC power. You can expect even greater results from the P300.

I use this for my preamp, tube dac, cd player, music server and amplifier. Now that I hear the difference, these components will never go without a regenerator again.

Since it provides 300watts of power, you may not be able to use it with every amplifier, but it seems to work well with many.
My 135watt Monrio amp works beautifully thru it, as did my 150watt tube mono's, but my Pass Labs Aleph(class A) wouldn't work, as it draws over 300watts from the wall.

Before I purchased the PS Audio Premier, I e-mailed PS Audio and asked; "Aside from more power, what will the Premier offer that my P300 doesn't?"
The response from PS Audio; "Essentially nothing. If you have enough power with the 300 then you're getting the same sonic benefits as the Premier."
That's quite a statement considering that the Premier costs $2200(US) and got two seperate "Golden Ear" Awards from The Absolute Sound.
I bought the Premier anyway, since I'd like to experiment with larger, more powerful amps in the future.

This is the "Multiwave" version with the newer hospital grade plugs.
The digital readout shows you exactly how much power you are using and unlike the newer versions, allows you to fine tune the outgoing frequency from 50 to 120Hz.
Aside from the sonic improvements, it also provides spike and surge protection via multiple redundant 4500V MOV’s.
This unit was built in 2002...

Thanks!
Paul
