UPDATE (05/11): Sale Pending to JW (and many thanks to other CAM members who also replied).

Excellent UPC-200 model that looks like new. Passive filter without the heat and fan issues of some conditioners. This unit was upgraded to the better pair of Power Ports available at the time. Four outlets in total; bottom switch allows selection between High Current (eg. for amplification) and Dual Zone (eg. to segregate analogue and digital sources). A "no-brainer" addition, especially if you don't have a designated power source for your system and/or reside in a multi-unit building. Great for AV as well according to the review at the link above.

NOTE: Includes 2.0 m PS Audio Prelude power cord with original box as well. This combo was $850Cdn when purchased new. Original owner, and only selling because I have purchased a far more expensive conditioner.

COUNTDOWN TO ECSTACY

The PS Audio UPC-200 Power Center quickly won me over with its small size and big sound. It imbued both warmth and slam to the music and is highly musical and natural sounding. Its overall effect was less intrusive than some power conditioners I have used earlier. That is a good thing. It got out of the way. I was less convinced though equally enamored of the PS Audio Ultimate Outlet as my reflections above make perfectly clear. In tandem, the pair supercharged my rig, creating a fat, detailed, superbly immediate and consequently addictive sound. Call me realsization-ized.
