Description

A couple of BLACK legendary BRYST0N 4B-470 monoblocks (250W output each) in impeccable optical/functional condition! UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY with matching serial numbers (470155-6). No scratches or blemishes whatsoever on the face or top plate. A few nicely removed scatches on the back heat sinks. Perfect rack-mount screw holes. Recently fully professionally inspected and adjusted. The only modifications made were
- adding IEC power sockets for use of an after market high-grade power cable (cables not included for sale!). In their subsequent production Bryston made this addition themselves!
- replaced the RCA input taps with brand new, gold plated ones.
Also XLR inputs. Whoever knows and treasures the BRYSTON brand knows that they were among the first to use XLR connections! They also know the 470's value and where to find the specs. Built like a tank, with a unique FULL but DETAILED sound. I graded them only 8/10 because of their age - in reality it should be a 9/10!
Owners Manual: YES. Unfortunately due to their age no original boxes.
Dimensions (each): 19W x 13D x 5.25H; 44 lbs ea.
The images look extremely similar, since the amplifiers are quite identical.
Comes from an audiophile, non-smoker, no pets home.
