Description

This unit has the original Thorens arm and comes with a (mounted) Shure V15-III cartridge. It is setup correctly and plays well. The strobe works and motor maintains speed accurately. However, the electronics board has never been serviced and should have the power supply capacitors replaced. The motor sometimes stops and needs to be restarted. This is a sign that the caps are going. The dustcover is only in fair condition, and missing the hinges. Because this is "vintage" equipment, no warranty or return is offered. This 'table is very heavy and delicate, therefore I will not ship it, but will deliver and demonstrate to a serious buyer anywhere in the Vancouver / Lower mainland area.
