** This Ad is Marked as OFF by seller and cannot be responded to. ** For sale beautiful condition original tannoy 15 inch golds dual concentric in matching consecutive serial number lancaster type cabinets with lattice grills that stand about 2.5 feet high . the tannoy gold drivers are the desireable early paper accordion surrounds not the cheap later foam hpd driver surround. I was told by tannoy people that these tannoy LSU 15inch speakers are very rare in these types of cabinets with the latticed grills. original tannoy badges included on the front grilles. The drivers and crossovers have been very well preserved in the original cabinets and very clean all around..The serial numbers are very close in only 15 digits separates the two drivers. basically they are identical most likely made the same day. I would conservatively rate these drivers visually and crossovers a 8.5-9.5/10..plus they are in excellent physical and working condition too. tested and listened to various types of music The cabinets are consecutive serial numbers stained in a beautiful dark walnut finsh the are in beaitul condition as are the condition of the latticed grills too. The Rear badges read as follows Spkr#1 encl 1346 LSU/HF/15/8 LS ser# 64220....# on driver matches # on cabinet sticker Lancaster Spkr#2 encl 1345 LSU/HF/15/8 LS ser# 64235...# matches # on cabinet sticker Lancaster $3000 Firm But may consider partial trade if thorens 124 mk1 $1200 off or spendor bc1 with alnicos $1000 off, ORTOFON 1950s/1960s SPU black headshell with original perfect working ortofon stylus with built in stepup $400 off ELECTROVOICE pair of T350 Horns 16ohms with crossovers $1000 off, Pair of Jensen pll15 15ince drivers 16ohm with original 3 way crossovers Pair of Jensen original crossovers from imperial 6 pieces with attenuators...must be 16ohm No parting out of drivers from cabinets. If you want the drivers and xovers price is $2700 and you will have to come and remove them after i get cash in hand.
