These where widely used in the 70's and 80's in many makes like Pioneer , Sansui , Kenwood , Nikko,Technics ,Marantz, and many more ... Specs are: Vce 100V , Ic 7 A , Pc 60 W , hFE 30 to 120 . They where typically used in amplifiers of up to 60 Watts per channel , basically if the voltage rating of your power supply filter capacitors is 50 Volts or less you can used these .These are original NEC not after market copies .
